About the role: The role involves ideating, designing and launching lending products in the Capital Markets space. The company currently offers loans against Equities, Bonds and other marketable securities and aims to expand the bouquet of its offerings through introducing innovative products.

MANDATORY Requirements (pls. do not apply if credentials do not meet the below):

- MBA from premier B-School: IIM/ XLRI/ NITIE/ FMS/ JBIMS/ ISB ONLY

- Min. 4-7 years of experience in lending in Banking / FIs / NBFC with mandatory stint in Capital Markets/ Money Markets/ Treasury/ Commodities

- Preferable: Prior Experience in Product Development or Credit Policy in Lending Business
