Job Purpose:
The Business Development role for Partnerships is responsible for ensuring growth and enrichment of existing partnerships as well as acquiring new partnerships in order to meet the strategic goals of Digital lending business. Existing relationships need to be managed end-to-end to ensure achievement of business targets from the perspectives of acquisition volume, revenue, cost and asset quality. Continuous engagement with Partners to understand and facilitate resolution of technology and service issues. Identification of optimization opportunities in the acquisition & processing funnels.

1. Manage and grow alliance partner relationships to meet Digital Lending business goals
Supportive Action :
- Set goals & conduct reviews to ensure meeting of alliance objectives
- Ensure quality acquisition
- Have a business sense of identifying early warnings and take suitable action without any delay
- Ensure deepening of relationships through superior service delivery, use of data and technology, focusing on building the right infrastructure, and nurturing talent
- Ensure that we become a significant player in this space and capture a large market share
- Ensure that the partnership is profitable by focusing efficiency, cost of acquisition and quality of customers
2. Build and effectively manage processes to ensure efficient operations of all teams.

- Develop and maintain effective controls to minimize operational risk
- Establish best practices in managing the relationship
- Ensure adherence to all organization policies, guidelines
- Ensure audit observations are closed
