Data Analytics :
- Anchor analytics way forward for program (NPS led voice of customer program in ABG)
- Maintain effective number of brand huddles/ analytics meetings and provide an insight to action
- Responsible for driving Business Impact by guiding Analytics team and drive actions with Business teams.
- Driving stakeholder management, increase departmental impact at Head Office for Mission Happiness Insights for the brands/ departments tagged
- Work as a voice of customer in all discussions
Post Purchase :
- Anchor Post Purchase Mission Happiness
- Maintain hygiene factors of post purchase such as SMS, data flow to the systems, vendor data streamlining and analysis of the same
- Setting Up and Streamlining B2B Mission Happiness
- Help set up B2B Mission Happiness for all types of franchisee partners of MFL
Change Management :
- Drive Focused consumer centricity efforts across brands.
- Work with Complaint Management, Product and Sourcing Teams, and Quality Cell to drive product obsession
Program Penetration :
- Work on increasing consumption of consumer feedback data for decision-making through business oriented dashboarding with IT's help
- Expanding scope of Mission Happiness
- Help expand voice of customer program : Mission Happiness penetration across organization by adding new touchpoints
- Close looping with customers
- Driving actions to be close looped with consumers to work towards brand loyalty
