We at Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) are looking for Manager - Organization Development & Employee Engagement to join the Head Office in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

Organization Development Interventions:

- Drive organization-wide interventions to ensure awareness and application of cultural enablers critical for business success

- Partner with function heads to design interventions for team effectiveness, both internal and cross functional

- Assist in change management initiatives by recommending best suited interventions backed with detailed diagnostics

Employee Engagement :

- Conceptualization and execution of employee engagement & wellness framework for 6000+ employees.

- Partner with function heads to drive participation and formulate actions for Engagement Surveys (Vibes / Team Vibes / Pulse - Retail Vibes)

- Strengthen platforms for employee communication & feedback and conduct effective action planning to drive higher engagement

Desired Skills & Experience

- 3-6 years of experience into Organizational Development / Employee Engagement

- Candidates from Premier B School are preferable

- Preferably experience into PAN India employee engagement planning & execution

- Experience in driving Org Development/Org Effectiveness initiatives will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills
