Annual Training Calendar:
- Design and execution of Annual Training Calendar for the organization with 50 exclusive training interventions running around the year as per the Training Need Analysis
MDP Campaign :
- Ensuring accurate TNI through effective utilisation of MDP platform
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs through MDPs and Career Dossiers and mapping the relevant learning interventions for the employees
Learning Philosophy of Madura :
- SOP for learning professional and participants
- Facilitate training interventions across all job bands and levels and spanning multiple areas including personal and managerial effectiveness and building leadership capabilities
CSOD: Managing LMS :
- Process Owner of the LMS platform (CSOD: Cornerstone On Demand) & leveraging it to integrate learnings
Functional Capability and High Impact Learning Programs :
- Building functional capability through learning interventions
- Design Functional Competency Development programs in terms of CRTs & E-Learning in alignment with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited University (ABFRL University)
GVC- E learning :
- Effective utilisation of GVC for Pre reads and Post work
- Help employees make best use of learning opportunities thus creating a e-Learning Culture with Gyanodaya Virtual Campus (Aditya Birla Group Initiative) and designing in-house functional capability programs by Functional Heads
Managing Training Vendors
- On-boarding & maintaining relationships with the training vendors & consultants to meet specific and. regular demands appropriately.
- Training Content customization through external vendors to best align with requirements
