Job Description :

- Responsible for talent acquisition for EBO, DS and VC channels across all LBRD brands

- Team Leader of set of recruiters and central HR ops members

- Streamlining of recruitment process to bring in uniformity across regions

- Responsible for roll-out and adherence of front-end recruitment process manual

- Competition benchmarking across apparel and relevant retailers

- Partner with brands to identify manning demands on a quarterly basis and rollout hiring plan

- Integrate with other Retail HR leads to fill in hiring demands from campus and internal talent management program

- Maintaining recruitment dashboards and sharing with business stakeholders on a timely basis

- Piloting new projects in front-end hiring and ensuring diversity hiring across levels
