- SOP for learning professional and participants
- Facilitate training interventions across all job bands and levels and spanning multiple areas including personal and managerial effectiveness and building leadership capabilities
Functional Capability and High Impact Learning Programs
- Building functional capability through learning interventions
- Design Functional Competency Development programs in terms of CRTs & E-Learning in alignment with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited University (ABFRL University)
Managing Training Vendors
- Onboarding & maintaining relationships with the training vendors & consultants to meet specific and. regular demands appropriately.
- Training Content customization through external vendors to best align with requirements
Talent Management
- Implement Talent Management initiatives across organization (Career Dossier, Customised Learning Journeys for talent, Development Assessment Centre, My Development Plan etc)
