- Planning and implementing new initiatives, setting goals with the management team and developing strategies to meet those goals for all special projects. - Conduct research to identify new projects and support expansion of special project verticals. - Proactively collaborate with all the departments to strategize and drive project requirements. - End to end responsible for utilization of funds under CSR projects as per agreed upon. - Owns key responsibilities for the project including driving the roadmap, plans, managing resources and budget and delivering results. - Collaborates with internal business partners to ensure project output is leveraged to its full extent. - Navigates internal teams and works with diverse cross-functional groups, including support functions finance, HR, IT, Marketing, CSR & Legal. - Establish perf measure and team target against funding amount/funded projects. - Adhere to compliance with all regulations and laws according to fundraising guidelines. - Complete hold of end to end reports, control on the current databases, timely submission of the reports on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. - Data Management & reporting - End to end activity financial & client reporting for all the special projects - Independent Liasoning with Government bodies and international agencies. - Detailed understanding of CSR reporting. - Responsible for impact assessment and monitoring of all projects.
