The job purpose to build new products and improve existing products for the company. It involves, driving designs, development, testing and launch of products along with continuous improvement with help of consumer research and data analysis. These products, depending upon the objective can help increase customer engagement or sales. This role also look after performance monitoring of existing applications. 1. Monitor performance of the product and bring about changes to improve the customer journey. 2. Configure and publish reports to the specified stakeholders 3. Drive the design and development for features of product from the design agencies. 4. Test and point out inconsistency or errors in implementation by developers and get them corrected efficiently. 5. Work towards the correctness of algorithm of the product and bring improvement as per requirement. 6. Perform data analysis and understand consumer behaviour in order to improve the product. 7. Coordinate with external stakeholders and businesses like Life Insurance, Health Insurance, AMC for necessary integrations in the product. 8. New integrations must be done with new AMC investment portal. 9. Coordinate with QA resource for testing purpose and incorporate feedback to improve the tool. 10. Coordinate with other stakeholders such as Blazecian, SOC team, VPN team etc for troubleshooting. 11. Bringing process orientation for execution of tasks between the stakeholders and empowering them with speed and agility to complete the task. 12. Strategizing to Increase cross-sell such that user buys more than one product at a time and selling more products to the same user in subsequent visits 13. Collaborate with vendors and internal team to develop conversational UI for the products. 14. Explore new ways to bring outputs in non-linear fashion to increase customer engagement and completion rate. 15. Implementing interface gateways such that other small tools can access the algorithms of the product and maintaining its documentation.
