Relationship Manager - Small and Medium Enterprises Group

- Originate business through personal network of customers & other reference channels. Source new to bank asset relationships within SME corporates

- Maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business

- Through knowledge on corporate lending, basic initial assessment on company including financials, ratios, industry outlook while assuring end to end closure of transactions with proper co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring

- Create proposals for clients with 5 to 40 cr portfolio size

- Relevant experience in SME vertical

- Candidate should have pure sales background. Willing to be involved in customer acquisition.
