- Manage execution process for M&A /fund raising deals and group restructuring initiatives. - Analyse viable transaction structures, structure the legal and taxation modules for maximum capital - Ensure implementation of approved M&A transactions/investment proposals - To seek out and analyse acquisition opportunities for the group for assigned sectors. - Assess and develop potential transaction structures and implementation thereof. - Conduct negotiations with concerned third parties during the course of M&A implementation and assisting business team in its closure - Seasoned professional, with a strong strategy orientation, who has previously held business and operational roles in fast paced and complex environments. Work experience should include success in a period of growth and/or transition. - An ideal candidate should have deep understanding of Financial Services Landscape and Competitive Intelligence, Long Term Trends, esp Insurance, AMC, Broking and NBFC. - Preferably from any of the full scale financial services companies.
