Aditya Birla AMC - Deputy Chief Manager - Trades & Settlements

- Monitors deliverables from Custodian/ Fund Accountant to ensure they are received in a timely manner for BOD process

- Settles matched trades into Quantis and forwards the same to custodian for settlement in the market. Forwards details to fund accountant

- Checks and confirms deal documentation for Primary trades and forwards to custodian for settlement post checks

- Checks for trade matches and interacts with brokers in case of a mismatch to resolve

- Processes vendor payments such as Custodian Fees in line with contractual terms

- For buy deals, ensures funding is available in FX on settlement day and communicates to Treasury team accordingly
