Objective: The objective would be enable Brand Team to i) conceptualize and execute a comprehensive communication and activation plan, ii) Fire all distribution and support verticals to aid sales, iii) Manage vendors and timely creation of ALL support material. Role Guide Marketing Head. Key Responsibilities : - Plan and organize events according to requirements, including researching and hiring vendors, booking venues, planning transportation, inviting participants, creating signages, planning and blocking media, timely collateral and brand tooling support. - Work with Head of Marketing and Brand Managers to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more. - Maintain a working relationship with vendors and venues, understanding the complexity across multiple events ACROSS the business calendar AND pre-empt, plan AND deliver. - Appreciate the value of staying within the budget while planning event specifications. - Managing and overseeing events on the day, coordinating ACROSS multiple verticals (Sales, Loyalty, Direct Sales, Channel Sourcing Team) and pre-plan calendar and distribute work across vendors. - Participate in the creation of the brand narrative and demonstrate consistent and strong communication skills, maintenance of brand essence. - Creating and executing calendar across territories for continuous exchange with key stakeholders (Sales + Channel + Influence groups) in key markets - Support in Marketing bills &amp; payments by being single point of contact for ERP integration. Activities: 1. Understanding of product + brand + project + ALL business verticals, visits to key EVENT locations, understand topography and arterial routes, plan events calendar, get approval on budgets and EXECUTE calendar. 2. Plan exhibitions + roadshows + participation in Real estate conclaves - towards unaided and qualitative recall for the brand
