About the Role:

Adhiraj is looking for a head of HR, who will be reporting to the CEO directly. The role will require conducting people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training & Development.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive people processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Progression, Compensation, Training & Development.

- Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.

- Design and lead the engagement charter for the account. Help career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative Rewards & Recognition programs

- Track trends in employee concerns/behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.

- Ensure Business compliance and employment guidelines norms.

Does this sound like you?

- Have experience with recruiting for a company.

- Have experience with setting up HR policies and frameworks.

- Have worked on remuneration, employee rewards and employee performance management.

- Have previously worked in a mid-size firm or family business.

Experience with conducting employee inductions and training.
