The account management lead role at AGL is responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. It is a role that demands both individual contribution and efficient team management. As a lead the candidate is expected to own not just the task directly aligned to him/her but also the output given by the team directly reporting to them. The candidate will be responsible.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Define holistic strategy in line with digital objective set out by client
2. Work in tandem with business heads on the client strategy and its execution
3. Build Long term relationship with client
4. Investigate and determine the client's stated and unstated needs
5. Keep abreast with changing landscape of digital marketing and martech
6. Act as focal point between multiple teams and organizations to oversee the execution of digital strategy defined by/for the client
7. Achievement of account revenue and PnL targets
8. Analyse data from various platforms/sources to gather insights
9. Suggest new campaigns to client team basis insights gathered from data analysis or basis input from market condition
10. Evaluate the overall performance of defined scope of work and identify the area of improvement/optimization in line with set digital objective
11. Analyse campaign performance to assess the need of tactical strategic shifts, if required.
12. Advise client on digital best practices and new/enhanced products offerings.
13. Responsible for client MIS
14. Accountable for accurate and timely billing
15. Suggest enhancements towards Content Marketing, creative optimization and media optimization.
