JOB Description:
- Analysis of requirements with regards to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, dening solutions
- Application design sessions, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, user stories, domain modelling, scenarios, task and workow analysis, solution presentation.
- Journey building/email studio: Design business solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform based on business needs
- Manage and create campaigns, publish content, analyse data-driven results, and optimise
- Assist with data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the platform
- Basic understanding of CDP Data and Data flow from other capabilities (Web-CDP-SFMC)
- Identify Digital training required and pull relevant expertise for delivering training
- 1st line of support for IT IMEX Managers, Digital Managers and Marketing teams for the region
