Strategic Executive Assistant

1. Designing of research and execution of research projects as required, including primary and secondary research for narratives; Campaign planning surveys and analysis and interpretation of survey results for various clients; identifying insights and story ideas based on the same

2. Executing Primary/Secondary research

3. Social media research for Pitch presentations

4. Analysis of Internal monthly Service Reports (IMSR) of all clients and related work, communications to the SBU head and follow up for feedback for red flagging of potential loss clients

5. Monitoring and compiling client data and analyzing the same for SBU head

6. Analysing data and helping the Jury process for Decathlon programme of multiple teams every month

7. Compliance reporting of Quarter plans of clients, Q plans scoring and team wise analysis

8. Engaging teams for Q plan improvement and training

9. Compilation and tracking of PPOs and client wise analysis and related training

10. Induction and Training of new campus recruits

11. Any other such analytics job as required

Important Skill requirements :

a. Good Research and analytical skills

b. Conversant with social media tools such as Google analytics

c. Understanding of Corporate/ brand marketing campaigns

a. Good Excel use including:

- Statistical analyses

- Comparisons, averages, hi-low comparisons

- Absolute and comparative data treatments

b. Good presentation skills including data visualization skills; understanding the distinct role and purpose of different graphics such as:

- Pie charts

- Bar charts (limited)

- Bar charts (unlimited)

- Trend graphs etc.

d. Good writing skills, Oral and written communication skills

e. Strong Inter personal skills and team playing is crucial

f. Attitude and patience

g. Any desk top publishing would be an advantage

Qualifications and experience:

Post graduate in business management discipline/data analytics, with about 2 years of experience in a consultancy/ marketing organization.
