We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in deal structuring, commercial finance, and possess excellent negotiation skills. This individual will play a critical role in our commercial department, providing expertise in commercial finance transactions and coordinating potential M&A activities. Additionally, they will contribute to presentations and management perspectives for strategic reviews and other key initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Deal Structuring and Negotiations: Lead the structuring, discussions, and negotiations of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

- Commercial Finance: Manage all aspects of commercial finance transactions, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.

- M&A Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate M&A activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Presentation Development: Create compelling presentations and reports for senior management, incorporating financial analysis and key insights.

- Strategic Reviews: Participate in strategic reviews and planning sessions, providing financial expertise and recommendations.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making processes.

- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial and commercial risks associated with transactions and business activities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in deal structuring, commercial finance, and negotiation.

- Proven track record in successfully structuring and executing commercial transactions.

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai business landscape and industry trends is a plus.
