About the Job :


We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our companys hiring. Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly. Need to understand every requirement from business as it comes in and drive sourcing in the right direction.

Ultimately, recruiting managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our companys current and future needs.


Responsibilities :


- You will be responsible for managing & leading the hiring needs for Addteq.


- Minimum 7+ year of experience in IT Recruitment with strong understanding of multiple IT technologies and market trend


- Good experience in sourcing profiles from job portals ( Monster/Indeed), linkedin, internet search engines and other websites


- Accountable for driving hiring numbers for the assigned portfolio - as a team manager and individual contributor for senior roles.


- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.


- Lead the team to ensure recruitment processes are in compliance with hiring process guidelines.


- Exceptional strong stakeholder management, investigate and determine the stakeholder needs and actively engage in the hiring plan and action.


- Flexible to edit KRAs according to the hiring needs


- Create and present a hiring dashboard.


- Agreed timelines.


- Ensure onboarding schedule is planned and executed effectively by assigned Team members. Screening, Sourcing, Short-listing, Initial Screening and Validation of the profiles based on Qualification, years of experience, numbers of implementations.


- Coordination between Internal HR Spocs and candidates on offers, joining and inductions related activities
