- Heading the strategy and execution of Digital and Performance Marketing
- B2C performance marketing experience
- Knowledge of Affiliate and referral marketing
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Digital & Performance Marketing Team for Home Centre India Ecommerce & Omnichannel Platforms.
- Built the year, quarter & monthly digital roadmap in sync with overall business goals.
- Develop, design, and execute the strategy for performance, branding and offline campaigns across all digital channels.
- Drive analysis and insights to understand user behavior and continually evaluate the effectiveness of optimization activities.
- Ownership of digital marketing efforts, scaling the business, user engagement, strategy & retention.
- Plan and execute analytical & data-driven recommendations to improve conversion metrics along with the team.
- Managing P&L of online marketing, quarterly and yearly project planning with spends.
- Working closely with Merchandising team to create strategic offers that drove sales and ensured overall margins are maintained.
- Interaction and management, technology team, product team, agencies and partners to drive & meet business growth.
- Affiliate Marketing - onboarding new affiliates partners and plan marketing campaigns for affiliate to scale sale.
