We are looking for VP/ Sr. VP Business Operations for Video Vertical who should have deep understanding and experience of market opportunities within consumer internet space, product management, digital content strategy, digital marketing, retention and monetization of digital assets, strategic partnerships, alliances, setting up and scaling business operations, P&L.
1. Handle Consumer Internet, Media, or have good understanding of digital business models and align Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations - all in a single direction.
2. Own the P&L responsibility for the business, by managing and growing the top line, controlling costs and budgets to deliver on bottom line and revenue market share growth.
3. Create, design & own content for digital space, work at the intersection of marketing and product development, focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
4. Team Building & Management: Considering that we operate in a highly competitive and dynamic sector, building and motivating a high-performance team, setting the performance metrics and driving efficiency would be another important KPI.
5. Analysis and Reporting: data collection, research and strong with analytics to drive the decision & way forwards, + presentation storyboarding experience
6. Implement the digital marketing plan selecting best possible media vehicle while optimizing the cost and benefits within the approved budget.
7. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment to manage internal stakeholders with changing requirements without compromising on user experience
8. Experience in strategic functional role of managing high-performing teams ranging of 300 + employees
9. Work very closely with the senior management team to accelerate regular as well as transformation initiatives for the business.
