Title- Sr VP/VP-Operations Role: Given the above background the Organization has been growing in the last couple of years. To further partner the growth story we are looking for a dynamic resource to join as Sr VP/ VP- Operations. The incumbent would be an essential part of setting method and process to the working of the organization. The position should ensure Business continuity and seamless operations. The candidate should be results-driven and confident to manage and grow the organization's Operations at PAN India level. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational & analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively driving improvements as necessary - Work in concert with Organizational Effectiveness team to set standards of accountability and clearly defined measurements of success - Set strategic goals and KPIs for the Operations team - Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results. - Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. - Work closely with Founders and other senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company. - Oversee daily operations of the Centers in coordination with Sales, Marketing, HR, Sales and Finance etc. - Plans and directs all aspects of Delivery-level operations, policies and initiatives - Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes - Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) Requirements: - MBA from a Premier Institute with a specialization in Operations - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Operations domain with Leading Internet/Ecommerce/ start-ups / FMCG / Consulting Firm/ Ed Tech - Experience in managing large operations teams of 100-150 employees - Exceptional executive presence, business acumen, project management, excellent attention to detail and presentation skills. - Decision-making and problem-solving skills - Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities. - Deep understanding of EdTech as a category & experience preferred
