Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Directly engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather requirements and manage communication

2. Analyze data to solve problems for efficiency, accelerated growth, system adoption and process orientation in different teams ranging from sales & vendor management to finance marketing & operations

3. Research different markets and analyze potential growth opportunities for the company

4. Evaluating and tracking current system effectiveness and suggest long term & short term scope of improvement and solutions

5. Creating effective, accurate and simple Reports & Dashboards when needed for a respectively aligned team

6. Communicate effectively with teams to understand problems and drive data-driven decision making within the organization for better results.

Skills & Requirements :

1. Expertise with Excel and preferably knowledge or experience of data analytics tools like Tableau, R, Python, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc

2. Enthusiastic, fast learner and hard-working person with a structured thought process to be able to break down business problems into smaller solvable units with minimal supervision.

3. B.tech/ MBA from tier 1 college (IIT/IIM)

Note: Freshers are welcome.

Salary Offered : 5-15 LPA
