Role :

Responsible for conducting performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and support in day-to-day HR operations

Responsibilities :

1. Performance Management System: Responsible for setting KRA, KPI of employee, conduction and closure of performance review cycle for employees.

2. Manage and handle company Appraisal cycle and process.

3. Employee Engagement: Implement all employee engagement programs, co-ordinate with admin on day to day basis

4. Training & Development: Assess business unit's training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate and develop the talent and leadership.

5. Recruitment: Source, screen and interview the right candidate for Technical,product marketing and other non-technical profiles.

6. Employee Grievances: Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues under employee grievances

7. HR operation: Maintain HR database for all activities conducted at the organization level.Conduct the exit formalities and closure of identified gaps

8. HR support: Provide ongoing support to the senior team members on human resources related matters, draft and oversee the adherence of company policies and procedures

9. Analyze the data, present the report and implement the corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant 7-8 yrs. of experience in the areas of HR- PMS,L&D, recruitment or employee engagement

- MBA in HR

- Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders

- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

Salary offered: 10-14LPA
