Adda247 - Entrepreneur in Residence

We are looking at hustlers who can don different hats and work closely with founders of Adda247.

If you have an understanding of building business from scratch or have founded a startup, this role is for you. The person will be working on future projects of Adda247 and eventually pave the way for building scalable products.

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you get an opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast paced dynamic environment. Also you get complete freedom to do things to meet the objectives.

Your Responsibilities :

- Working on new products from scratch with complete ownership and entrepreneurial mindset (conceptualization -> launch)

- Leading functions like Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Engagement, Content Development and Support

- Getting deep into various verticals and and coming up with new strategies and processes

- Build high efficient teams to drive matrices.

- Implementing strategies to scale the Adda247 app organically

We are looking for :

- Brand focused, Forward Thinking and Customer Obsessed individuals.

- Strong Analytical and Business Understanding Skills

- In-depth understanding of Indian education landscape

- Adequate knowledge of B2C products and community building

- Product development experience.
