Adda247 is one of India's largest and fastest growing education-technology company. The company provides training to students for various competitive exams for government jobs through online as well as offline (classroom) programs.

In online space, we have more than 2.5 crore users on our platforms including - Adda247App, Adda247 Youtube Channel, Bankersadda.com, SSCadda.com and adda247.com.

On the other hand, we have more than 50 classroom coaching centres (company owned & franchisees) across India, where we provide coaching through 4-6 months classroom programs. We have trained more than 1 lakh students in our classroom programs in last one year.

We are looking for senior sales and marketing personnel (Chief Business Officer) who can help us fulfill the revenue objective by

1. Service Leadership

2. Excellence in execution

3. Constant innovation.

4. Sense of Urgency

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales :

- Annual Sales target phasing/setting

- Provide direction and leadership to team both strategically and tactically

- Drive the team to achieve revenue objectives of the station

- Timely dissemination of data to the sales teams.

- Abide by the credit policy of the company

- Timely collection of the payments.

Franchisee Operations:

- Plan out franchisee expansion

- Define and standardise services across franchisee

- Ensure profitable operations at unit level

Planning :

- Prospecting to be done with the historical data and market potential

- Identify new growth strategies and implement the same.

Reports :

- Monthly pipelines

- Weekly pipeline

- Top 25 trackers and deal trackers

- Daily missed customer action taken reports

- DSR to be maintained at all times

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Should be a full time MBA majored in Marketing/Operations with a min of 10 yrs years of relevant experience

2. Experience of Sales / Marketing is a must.
