Role & responsibilities:

Fee Collection & Analysis:

- Manage fee collection processes and conduct variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Fixed Asset Management:

- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register for proper tracking and valuation.

Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to support institutional goals.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, statutory requirements, and institutional policies.

Asset & Fund Management:

- Efficiently manage assets and funds to optimize financial performance.

Record Management

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.

Management Compliance

- Ensure adherence to internal policies and financial best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

- Proficiency in SAP and financial reporting tools

- Expertise in budgeting, auditing, and variance analysis

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.

- Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
