Job Purpose : Work as part of the Promoters Office focused on Business to support: - Preparation of Annual Qualitative / Financial Budgets - Annual Operating Plan reviews /Quarterly /Monthly reviews - Financial assessment of new opportunities A. Key Accountabilities : - Facilitate the monthly reviews of business with the Promoter office - Facilitate the quarterly reviews of business with the Promoter - Ensure follow-up on any course corrections/actions to be completed based on inputs from monthly and quarterly reviews - Facilitate the 5-year road map/ strategic planning exercise with Business Unit Heads - Independently assess new opportunities from a qualitative and financial perspective (returns, investments, etc) - Provide weekly updates on the Promoter / Head Promoter Office - Provide structuring and analytical support, deck creation for new/existing project opportunities - Review and validate all the approvals submitted by the businesses for onward approvals - Develop relationship/network with all stakeholders in the businesses B. Role-specific Competencies : - Strong ability to understand varied businesses and work with cross-functional teams&nbsp; - Pro-activeness to identify optimization opportunities and engage with stakeholders to work towards probable solutions&nbsp; Educational Qualification : - MBA from Tier 1 Colleges in India or abroad - Strong academic track record throughout Other Requirements: Excel financial modelling; understanding of IRR, NPV, ROCE, Working capital, cash flows and application in different businesses and context; strong presentation skills.&nbsp;
