AD/VP - Business Finance & Accounting - P&C Insurance - CA (15-20 yrs)
1. As an AD/VP in F&A you would be required to apply finance and P&C Insurance expertise in finance function globally and oversee the F&A function.
2. You need to be a Global finance lead with property and casualty industry expertise.
3. Additionally, you will be responsible in performance improvement, advance analytics, strategy, etc.
4. You will be responsible for managing a team of 50-55 employees.
5. Identify opportunities for both transformational and incremental improvement and drive changes.
Qualifications:
1. CA with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
2. Experience as a controller in a global environment (preferred).
3. Good understanding of P&C Insurance products.
4. US GAAP expertise.
