What You will do Everyday?

Strategic Campaign Management and Analysis (60%)

- Understand Advertising ecosystem especially, Digital advertising

- Setup campaigns using an intuitive proprietary interface and Google Ad Manager

- Ensure campaigns meet delivery and performance goals.

- Coming up with ideas and actionable insights

- Testing different hypothesis to improve performance of campaigns

- Being able to analyze graphs, charts, trends, dashboards and large amounts of data

- Manage escalations and communications between stakeholders with respect to campaigns

- QA and troubleshooting of campaign related problems

- Daily liaison with Account Managers to ensure smooth progression of ad campaigns

- Think like a client or media planner

Reporting and Analysis (30%)

- Analyzing campaign performance(s)

- Producing a variety of analytical and performance reports

- Provide weekly/monthly updates and find ways to automate these

- Providing feedback to sales person as to campaign performance(s)

Testing: (10%)

- Help with various tests and provide unbiased feedback to the product/tech teams.

- Utilize data and dashboards to understand system and campaign health

Your Superpowers

- Basic knowledge of digital advertising metrics including measurement and general KPIs

- Very good knowledge of Excel and data analysis

- Very good communication skills - ability to communicate problems, solutions and ideas.

- Ability to visualize information and look at charts, graphs to draw insights and identify patterns

- Have an understanding of media planning in the digital advertising space and client requirements

- Previous campaign management experience is a big plus

- Good knowledge of running campaigns on GAM

- Good knowledge about PG/PMP, etc.

- Good knowledge about client KPIs, benchmarks, industry terminology

Interview Process

- Up to 3-4 rounds conducted virtually

- Discussion with Hiring Manager + Assignment + Discussion with Co Founder

Reporting structure

- Ad Operations -> VP Ad Sales

- Individual contributor role currently. Could develop into a team management role.
