We have an urgent opening in Ad agency for new start up company. For the position of Ad Operations.

Location: Bangalore

Experience

- Experience Range: 5- 10 years

- Hands on experience in mediums like TV, Print, Magazine, Radio & facilitating OOH, Cinema, Events & Activations, Content integration, Digital, Social etc.

- Exposure to Media Software skills: BARC, TGI & IRS etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the life cycle of each campaign including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring controlling, and closing.

- Seamless execution of all assigned business

- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns.

- Reconciliation of Statements & Inventory Management reports

- Comply with internal/external stake holders (e.g., sales, audit, commercial/traffic teams or Vendors) and analyzing issues and may suggest best possible solutions.

- Brief and oversee the work of such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.

- Work within the approved budget and report any overspend.

- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.

- Follow-up with agencies/clients for schedules, make goods, payments & Ad-commercials etc.

- Mindful of compliance and has to ensure that every business executed is in lines with the guidelines set by the company.

- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
