Requirements: - Responsible for managing the team of people to run campaigns, to optimize their pacing &amp; performance and provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to sales &amp; clients. - Good understanding of programmatic advertisement, mediation, and yield optimization. Worked on DFP, FAN, Admob, and exchange bidding partners. - Responsible for identifying and managing key performance indicators as agreed upon by sales, client and AdOps Manager. - Understanding of targeting, DMP, DBM, DCM, ad tags etc - Be an active participant in new campaign kickoff meetings with Sales, Project Manager, Paid Search Strategist (when applicable) and client. - Communicate campaign reporting and updates via mail, phone call and in-person meetings with sales and clients as needed. - Analyze campaign data, make applicable optimizations to campaigns to meet the client's campaign goals. - Coordinate the RFP- s, IO- s, strategy and code packages with sales to prepare for the launch of campaigns. - Provide sales team with impression forecasts, data segments, and campaign strategy.
