We have Excellent opening for Associate Director with one of our leading client in Bangalore & Gurgaon
Looking post qualification 5yrs to 13yrs of Exp in business finance in particular in Retail/ Electronics
Job Title –Category Finance Head
Work Level – Associate Director
Reporting to – Head Business Finance
Work Description:
- Drive Growth and Sales Forecast for respective new business in line with company’s growth plan. Drive Annual Operating planning exercise.
- Prepare / Drive monthly performance analysis & business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan
- Drive growth projects through actively supporting respective category managers.
- Prepare/Review key pricing, vertical expansion proposals and drive to improve Profitability
- Should be able to create scenarios & impact for various business options and suggest most suitable.
- Work closely with relevant Buying team and create a negotiation framework to improve Margins.
- Drive Cross functional projects to improve profitability.
- Prepare monthly P&L and hold teams accountable for costs/profit.
- Report and Drive detailed category wise costing for & continuously work with category managers to improve the same.
- Support monthly management reporting and Retail Business Review.
- Work with Finance and Accounting team to drive month close process and review.
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Hands on MS office and ERPs like Oracle / Hyperion (preferable)
- Stakeholder management
Skills Must Have:
- 5 to 12 years POST Qualification of experience in the area of Business Partnering with Marketing & Sales function desirably in FMCG/E-commerce/Retail/Banking/IT
- Analytical capabilities.
- Should be excellent in MS office
Skills - Additional:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
Educational Background:
- CA/ MBA(finance) from Premier institute (IIM/IIT)
