AD/Director - Statutory Reporting Indian Accounting & IFRS - Big4 (10-15 yrs)
This position will play a key role in the organization's finance vertical. This position will collaborate with the other teams within finance vertical and other functions to ensure correct financial and statutory reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
- Development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, accounting, reporting.
- Supervises & ensure accuracy for the preparation of various statutory financial statements and reports.
- Manage the improvement and maintenance of accounting records.
- Manage internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Financial Statement Reviews with senior management.
Statutory Financial Reporting
a) Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Ind AS.
b) Coordinating with Auditors and providing required details. Ensure Timely closure of Audits.
c) Review of entity wise Schedules as per given responsibility.
d) Regular scrutiny of entries in the GL A/c and sub-ledgers to ensure correct accounting, clearing of old balances
