AD/Director - Presales - IT - US Market (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Drive GTM strategies in taking products and services to existing and new customers
Lead the technical Strategy for nominated customers and prospects
Collaborate with account and sales teams to lead the pre-sales process with clients and provide the technology leadership throughout the opportunity lifecycle
Perform consultation, implementation, documentation, and knowledge transfer to sales and delivery team
Drive new solution offering in Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Informatica, Snowflake and many other Analytics platforms
Lead the team with BI experts, Data analyst, Data Engineers, in developing analytics solutions
Understand clients requirement, analyze, and prepare detailed feature list, define project scope and plan, estimate efforts, collaborate on technical aspects of proposals.
Ensure that all technical solutions fit within the customers' requirements and budget
Drive end-to-end presales and proposals
Contribute to the sales team in driving revenue by qualifying leads
Coordinate sales strategy, technical design, project management, commercial input, authorization and formal document production and negotiations
Work with key customer stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented for long-term success, addressing all IT, Security, Technical, and policy concerns
Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Desired Candidate Profile:
15+ years of experience in presales, business analysis & solutioning role.
Experience in providing consulting services to clients and a broad technical expertise in Data Visualization/Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data integration and quality
Strong leadership skills setting team and individual goals, and coaching, mentoring, and training a team for technical and soft-skills growth to exceed those goals
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
