AD/Director - Identity & Access Management

- The Identity and Access Management (IAM) M/AD will be responsible for the IAM practice. He needs to have rich implementation and architect experience in IAM field.

- The individual should have delivered multiple and complex IAM projects in global environment especially in APAC region.

- The individual is expected to interact with the clients independently and lead the implementation & delivery team/s from multiple ethnic groups.

- Additionally, the individual is responsible for implementation, configuration of the solution for the client based on the agreed design and business requirements.

- The individual will be responsible for the quality of their own output and the ability to manage work within the allocated timelines.

- From Sales and BD perspective, the individual is expected to work with other leads in other regions and build good IAM pipeline.

- He should be able to interact with clients and work in building solution sets for them. He should be able to present his ideas to client in a clear articulate way.

- The individual is expected to be well versed with usage of the IDAM product and domain and demonstrated capability to develop use cases and effort estimation

- The individual will be expected to develop ongoing relationships with clients and become their trusted technical advisor on security solutions.

- Prior overseas work experience will be an added advantage

The role will involve intensive international travel for short to longer duration.

Additional: Knowledge of APAC region languages, Spanish & French will be an added advantage.
