AD/Director - HR Projects - Consulting Firm (8-20 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
Will be required to lead the HR project and change related activities for multiple clients in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR project management function and assist in managing / delivering our complex people consulting assignments
- Develop products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology space
- Be part of the our People Consulting Practices leadership team and support business development
Advise our clients on the following areas:
- Change management
- Cultural integration
- HR transition / transformation
- Program management
- Interface with global CXOs to socialize solutions and influence decision making
Experience and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA would be mandatory
- Experience in a compensation consulting / HR consulting role
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights to CXOs
- Regional / global compensation experience, particularly focused on US, Australia, Europe would be an added advantage
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in managing large, complex change management / HR transformation exercises as a consultant
- Deep knowledge of the technology industry, platforms and skills
