AD - Corporate Treasury - BFSI

- Must have a thorough understanding of the Risk Management aspects of Corporate treasury products, Commodity Risk Management, Forex, Credit Risk and Interest rates.

- Should have a sound understanding of Trade Finance (LC / BG etc), ALM and Investment Benchmarking, Quantitative aspects of valuations, model validations.

- Should have implemented Treasury Management solutions with the help of tools such as Renal, SAS, Murex etc (would be an added advantage).

- Should have an understanding of policies, processes and regulatory reporting requirements in commodity areas and preferably should have played a role in defining them.

- Prior experiences in managing and motivating a team in risk related areas, with clear leadership in one of the risk areas, viz., credit, market/treasury, operational, commodity risks

- Strong ability to map client business requirements and convert the same to a viable business proposition

- Good Executive Presence, strong communication skills with client facing experience and strong ability to interact and make presentations at the CXO level.

- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team; good team player.
