Acuity Knowledge Partners - Senior Associate - Investment Banking - Healthcare Sector

Job Purpose:.

- Acuity is currently looking to hire Senior Associate in Bengaluru with prior experience in Investment Banking (IB), primarily in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.

- The candidate should have good exposure to IB products including company profiles, industry research, benchmarking, screening, preparation of pitchbooks, trading and transaction comparables.

Key Responsibilities :.

- Will be responsible for working as part of the dedicated team for an investment bank primarily focused on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.

-Provides high quality analysis on projects including pitch books, industry overviews, company profiles, investor profiles, company focused discussion documents, trading & transaction comparables, benchmarking, competitive landscape and financial models.

- Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction

- Demonstrates strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

- Ability to identify new themes in the sub sectors and work on comprehensive thematic research.

- Experience in participating in the client governance meetings.

- Exposure of managing client engagements and project life cycles.

- Should be able to impart training to junior members in the team.

Key Competencies:.

- Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv. 4+ years of experience in the Investment banking space.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client relationship management.

- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel and Power Point (extensive use of excel models and powerpoint).

- Expert knowledge of Financial databases such as CapitalIQ.

- Working knowledge about Healthcare databases will be an added advantage.
