We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative marketer to join our core marketing team to contribute and demonstrate growth leadership to our global marketing and demand generation programs. You will create a significant difference by contributing to Business unit marketing, content marketing and solution marketing and other key initiatives primarily focused on North America and Europe banking and finance markets.

The Event Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive event marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and drive brand awareness for Acuity Knowledge Partners. This position requires a highly organized and results-driven individual with a proven track record of planning and executing successful physical and digital events that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of event marketing best practices, hands on experience of handling events end-to-end, have excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, and be able to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams at a global



- Develop and execute a comprehensive events marketing strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives

- Manage and execute online and physical events end-to-end, including pre-event planning, event logistics, post-event follow-up, and analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business, and marketing, to develop event themes, messaging, and content that align with marketing objectives and customer needs.

- Coordinate with sales teams to develop event-specific lead-generation strategies and follow-up plans

- Manage internal events, including town halls, leadership meetings, and employee engagement events

- Manage external events, including conferences, client events, and webinars, from planning to execution

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget

- Utilize digital marketing tools and tactics to drive attendance and engagement before, during, and after events.

- Manage event vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that service delivery meets expectations

- Develop event marketing materials, including invitations, event websites, and promotional materials

- Develop event metrics and measure the effectiveness of events, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to events

- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to event marketing strategies and tactics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and share knowledge with the wider team


- Marketing automation - work alongside marketing managers and the demand generation team to utilise marketing automation to drive brand awareness, lead generation and content marketing

- Hands-on experience in HubSpot, Marketo or other leading automation platforms will be an advantage

- Analytics and driving ROI - you are expected to monitor marketing web and campaign data, measure ROI and suggest areas in which optimise it


- Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand equity, visibility and awareness on social media

- Contribute to optimising social media platforms to generate leads, create conversations and create touchpoints in the addressable market


- Demonstrate leadership in new ideas that instil greater process efficiency and effectiveness in marketing

- Learn and deploy marketing best practices across events, online media, social media, branding and PR to bring about efficiency and improvement in marketing processes
