Acuity Knowledge Partners - Delivery Lead - Investment Banking Vertical (5-7 yrs)
- Manage multiple investment banking client teams of varied team sizes from 3 to 10 FTEs
- Responsible for overseeing end to end project management, ensuring highest quality in teams and adding value to client deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction
- Ability to structure complex tasks such as modelling, pitchbooks, IM's and detailed industry studies and also work independently, if required.
- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including TMT, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Consumer, Retail, Real Estate,Oil & Gas, Financial Sponsor's, FIG
- Preparing pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, etc
- Work with the Technology team and suggest automation initiatives on IB tasks
- Responsible for team hiring, retention, motivation, up-skilling team members via training, staffing on projects, etc
- Interacting with key stakeholders on the client side to understand their feedback, provide MIS update
and also identify growth opportunities
- Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction"
- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs
- Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams & developing new capabilities/new research
- Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
