Job Purpose

To lead Acuity Knowledge Partners presales and sales support operations including service delivery for presales related tasks and senior management sales analytics / reporting, leading and managing end to end CRM Operations (Salesforce.com preferred), DTP and Graphic teams and managing global contracts generation unit responsible for generating database for sales and GTM initiatives and further managing key external databases from database management perspective.

Overall the role would require:

- To develop and implement innovative structure and process(s) for presales, sales support and CRM/MIS related tasks and activities


- To develop and manage the knowledge repository within the organization


- Collaboration & coordination with sales, delivery and various other departmental teams to deliver client requirements pre & post client acquisition


- To act as the single point of contact for organization to manage & allocate presales requirements from various teams within the organization and take the requests/project till closure Key

Responsibilities

Functional

- Coordinating and liaising with sales, delivery and support teams to create sales related documents specifically related to RFP/RFI documents, proposals, client presentations, due-diligences, risk assessment requirements etc. Role involves understanding clients existing business processes and requirements and provide pre-sales support for Sales Managers and Account Managers

- Further understanding requirements stated in RFP/RFI and create/ stitch together a winning proposal/presentation based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams. Ascertain inter-dependencies and coordinate, maintain or create an overall proposal delivery project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and associated timelines and take it to closure

- Responsible for creating and maintaining case studies, introductory segment presentations and samples in coordination with delivery and sales teams

- Conducting due-diligence and competitive intelligence research for requests prospect profiling, news runs, market, sector, and other research. Coordinating with sales team to work on requests related to company / industry mapping

- Sales pipeline reporting and tracking includes financial and sales activity reporting. Sales pipeline reporting and deal tracking including associated financial reports, independently creating and assisting in creating board meeting presentations and critical internal sales presentations for weekly global sales review calls for CRO's desk (Sales and Marketing related)

- Responsible for ensuring that all standard company presentations, brochures and collaterals are up-to-date and indexed properly in the repository.

- Self-starter with an ability to identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Multitasking with high level of ownership is the key to the role considering high level of role seniority and sensitivity

- Work closely with and get responses from sales (BD), Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Admin and other teams to get responses and run presales activities and projects

- Leading CRM operations and teams(s)

Managerial

- Responsible for coordinating and ad-hoc supervising work of multiple teams within presales function i.e. -Contacts generation unit responsible for sales GTM related data generation and management, Graphics/DTP team, MIS team and leading CRM ops function

- Providing coaching, mentoring and direction to the subordinates in the presales team

- Independently lead and take up supervision of the team workflow and tasks in absence of presales head

Key Competencies

- MBA, BE/B-Tech/Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10+ years

- Relevant KPO experience preferred

- Thorough knowledge of working on MS office suite particularly power point and word

- Excellent secondary research skills

- Experience of using salesforce CRM is key / desirable

- Good Project management skills and Business development experience

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and short turn around requests

- Ability to multitask and handle parallel client and internal business related requests

- Managing relationships with all internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of critical submissions and deliverables

- Willing to work with stretched goals considering critical senior position within the organisation.
