Associate Director - Finance ( M&A,Pricing & Treasury Operations)
Purpose of the role:
- Leads Corporate Development activities for the group
- Manage and lead Treasury Operations
- Manage and refresh Pricing Rate Cards for all Business Verticals
- Leads various Strategic Initiatives. Facilitate cost and operational efficiencies
Responsibilities:
- Work on M&A activities, conducts due diligence activities
- Manage and refresh pricing rate cards for various business units
- Develop innovative and flexible pricing models
- Developing and evaluating Business Case for various initiatives
- Manage Treasury Operations for the Group
- Working Capital Management and Covenant Reporting
- Cash Forecasting and Planning
- Hedging: Interest Rate and Fx Risk
- Bank Accounts Administration
Specific Skill Set Requirements:
- Qualified Finance Professional. MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant preferred
- 12+ years post qualification experience including 5 years in a Leadership role
- Experience of working on mergers and acquisitions
- Good Commercial Orientation. Treasury Experience preferred
- High Analytical & Modelling skills
- Good inter-personal and leadership skills
