Actuarial Role - Consulting Firm

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Check all work thoroughly so that rework is minimized and quality standards are met

- Monitor progress of doers to ensure that timelines are met

- Provide regular feedback to doers on self checking and groom them to be competent independent doers

- Active participation in knowledge sharing/training/process improvement initiatives and participate in testing of new tools/processes and roll outs

Note: Applicant should be flexible working in shifts

Required qualifications and skills :

- Thorough knowledge of pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals

- Working knowledge of actuarial valuation tools

- Strong EXCEL and Word skills

- Excellent communication and good coaching skills
