Actualize - Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

- Strong background in all aspects of Financial and Accounting management and operations.

- Manage financial planning and analysis including financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Perform risk management by analyzing the company's financial strength and weakness and proposing strategic directions.

- Hands on legal entity management.

- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.

- Providing strategic solutions to increase revenue and reduce costs.

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.

- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.

- Manage and plan all the financial requirements of the company including developing company's budget and reports generation every monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Should be able to cover aspects related to banking and finance and tracking cash flow.

- Must possess a level of technical acumen and experience in building finance predictive model to manage profit and loss table and prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

- Set up and oversee the company's financial management system.

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.

- Manage vendor relationships.

- Experience in dealing with supplier and manufacturing contracts and commercial contracts is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The company is looking for high-calibre professional CFO who shall impart direction and take responsibility to move the company to new/further heights in the ever-evolving economic scenario. Well versed with financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, vision, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets, financial skills dealing with complexity, and responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. Experience in dealing with global customers is an added advantage.
