About the Role :

At Activwel Ventures, we're embarking on uncharted path to uncover untapped hidden whitespaces to capitalize, while adding-value socially and we- re looking for a hustler with the Founder mindset to help us do exactly that.

We don't shy away experimenting, validating new problems, and building more solutions; we- re looking for the right person to accelerate all of it.

The perfect candidate will grow exponentially working all hands-on deck with the founders, and will probably end up equipping him/herself with the skills to Head/Lead a business vertical (a cap-table participant), owning the P&L across growth phase that they were part of since concept.

You'll be responsible to :

- Work directly with the Founders

- Research new business propositions to determine viability and complexity

- Identify & develop new intrapreneurial opportunities and expand existing opportunities.

- Develop business plan for new business lines

- Manage the roadmap and launch for new businesses.

- Get deep into various verticals and come up with new processes and strategies to scale the vertical

- Track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals

- Build out new businesses, conduct fast experiments, conduct industry and competitor research to help stay ahead of the game.

- Create and develop analytical tools, manage MIS, dashboard, objectives and key

- Work in multiple functional areas as per the organization's needs such as Business Strategy, Operations, Sales, Product-Management and Marketing.

- Above all, grow along with the business and take on larger responsibilities in the near future

You have a track record of :

- Bring a highly motivated, driven individual who is willing to learn the ropes of the business - everything from product, operations, sales, growth

- Getting your hands dirty and executing

- Ideally having been an entrepreneur at some point or having worked in or with founding teams

- Ex-entrepreneurs preferred, but not mandatory.

- Tier 1 school in grad/post-grad (IIT/NIT/BITS/SRCC/IIM/FMS/XLRI/ISB etc)

- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills

- 3-5 years of Senior-Management/Business-Head experience in a start-up/management consulting/PE-VC sectors would be preferred
