Activation Manager - Trade Marketing (Premier B-School Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
The person will be responsible to drive the on ground efforts for the PAN India launch who will lead all BTL consumer activations as well as work closely with the sales team to support all retail executions.
BTL Activation :
- Develop a robust multi-touchpoint plan to drive trial on-ground in a cost-effective and operationally efficient manner
Retail execution (GT) :
- Partner with sales team to design a retail activation strategy which includes building retail partnership programs, etc.
- Develop a visibility plan for launch and beyond which includes design and commissioning of POSM, etc.
- Develop launch materials for on-ground sales team training, etc
Retail execution (MT) :
- Partner with MT team to ensure exceptional performance in this channel. Single-handedly manage promoter plan, training and execution. Work with MT teams to build chain-wise marketing plans.
GTM Planning :
- Key resource in GTM planning for Pan-India launch and ongoing support in retail performance analysis
- Must have activation and retail execution experience of minimum 18 months
- Experience must be spread across multiple touchpoints (GT, MT, Pharmacy).
- Should have independently handled negotiations and operations with BTL agencies
- Should have independently commissioned POSM, negotiated with vendors, etc
- Sales training experience would be an added advantage
