- Build a 50-member activation team
- Own activation of retailer
- Work closely with founders to deliver sales target
- Building Transaction Trust on the platform via team
- Co-Owns Sales planning for all categories
- Managing complete CRM and ensure 100% implementation in entire team
- Conduct retailer's meeting
- Oversee and approve brochures
- Participate in B2B conferences
- Drive retailer's loyalty schemes/incentive programs
- Drive sales through retail analytics :
i. Create a feedback loop for the product development team
ii. Analysis of purchase behaviour/pattern trend through online & offline channel
