Activation Lead - Digital Payments - Fintech Company - Lower Parel,MUmbai

- To activate and drive adoption of InstaCred across InstaCred and its Lenders User Base (Partner Banks & Non-Banking Financial Companies)

- Design and continuously evolve a Strong Customer Lifecycle strategy for each Lender to drive InstaCred adoption

- Enhance campaign effectiveness by developing better campaigns and models

- Build a robust Test & Control infrastructure

- Work closely with Internal Stakeholders to delivery results - Product, Engneering, Analytics & Merchant Teams

- Actively work with Lenders (Partner Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies) to execute Targeted Campaigns with the objective of Activating InstaCred Lines

- Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditionsCOS

- Closely monitor Sales at Partner Merchants and leverage Partner Merchant Assets to deliver Activation Targets

- Design and execute Anti-Attrition and Retention initiatives

- Responsible for creating Segmentation and customer targeting strategies
