Action For India - Chief Program Coordinator - Impact Startup Accelerator (4-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for leading the accelerator operations and overseeing the activities and overall administration of the accelerator
- Working closely with the startups, evaluating and selecting startups for the accelerator program
- Develop, design and deliver the accelerator curriculum during the acceleration program.
- Be the coordinating manager of the partnership between AFI and i-TIC Foundation by leveraging the resources of both the organizations for the benefit of the program.
- Planning and executing events related to funding, investment, mentoring, start-up pitch, demo days etc. to help start-up ecosystem grow at the AISEA
- Provide continued strategic guidance to entrepreneurs in areas such as business modeling, sales, and marketing, financing, fundraising, overall strategy, operations etc.
- Develop the mentor network for the Accelerator and work with them to make the accelerated ventures successful
- Forge partnerships with other organizations for providing services to the accelerator; marketing, sponsorships, government and industries connects, etc.
- Develop partnership with impact funds, CSR departments for supporting the funding of startupsand the accelerator.
- Monitor and implement required statutory norms for grants management of accelerator
- Representing AISEA at various startup events, conferences, etc.
Skills and Attributes :
1. Passion to work with startups especially in impact sector. Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, public speaking and written communication.
2. Effective and strong network building capabilities to establish relationships with the various stakeholders and startups
3. Good understanding of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem preferably Education, Healthcare or Agriculture sectors
4. Ability to lead the team and execute projects independently.
